We Believe:

• In today's highly technical world, filled with new threats everyday, the need to maintain a secure network is more important than ever.

Our Mission:

• Securely Speaking was created as a source of information for businesses to increase their awareness of network security issues.

Our Commitment:

• Securely Speaking is designed to provide current information about maintaining a secure network including current trends, tools, and strategies.

History:

• Started September 29, 2002, the first site was based on using PHPNUKE, with Invision Power Board running the discussion boards.
• PHPNUKE was later replaced by IP Dynamic Light which was included with Invision Power Board.
• A Weblinks Database was incorporated into the discussion boards.
• Web blogs were added for board memebers.

Present:

• The discussion boards, web blogs, and weblinks database are shutdown.
• Site re-design is under progress, and new content is under development.

Future:

• The future of Securely Speaking hasn't been written yet. We are always looking for ideas.
